1. General Policy

  • SYSTEMIC™ offers refunds only if we fail to deliver the specific services promised in our written agreement or project scope within 30 days of the agreed timeline.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to reasons outside our control, such as changes in your personal preferences, business decisions, or unforeseen third-party issues (e.g., hosting providers, ad platform restrictions, or plugin conflicts).

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services offered by SYSTEMIC™ on a free basis (e.g., complimentary website development, free consultations, audits, or promotional services) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once a paid service is successfully delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, it becomes non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  1. SYSTEMIC™ fails to provide the promised deliverables within 30 days of the agreed project start date.
  2. The scope of work was clearly defined in writing (proposal, invoice, or service agreement) and SYSTEMIC™ did not meet that scope.
  3. You notify us in writing via email within 7 days of the missed delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refund@isystemic.com
  • Once reviewed, if eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
  • SYSTEMIC™ reserves the right to verify and validate each claim before issuing any refund.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after services have started.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, images, approvals, or payments).
  • Dissatisfaction with creative choices when the deliverables meet the agreed scope.
  • Services or products provided at no cost or as part of a free promotional offer.

By engaging with SYSTEMIC™, you agree to this refund policy. It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand this policy before making any payments.
